Cellulosic Biofuel: BIO Asks Congress to Fund Reverse Auction

A letter from the Biotechnology Industry Organization (BIO), 25x'25, the Energy Future Coalition (EFC), the Renewable Fuels Association (RFA), the Environmental and Energy Study Institute (EESI), and the American Coalition for Ethanol (ACE) recommending that the House Appropriations Subcommittee on Energy and Water fund Section 942 of the Energy Policy Act of 2005. This is a very targeted, affordable program to help ensure near-term deployment and commercial success of low-carbon cellulosic pioneer plants in the United States.
