PROPOSED PATENT REFORM LEGISLATION: LIMITATIONS OF EMPIRICAL DATA USED TO INFORM THE PUBLIC POLICY DEBATE
Certain groups are calling for serious overhaul of the nation‟s patent system. They are using three reports produced by the Federal Trade Commission, the National Academy of Sciences and the National Research Council to justify their call for overhaul.
