BIO Asia Checklist for Presenting Companies

Companies selected to present will be notified via email. Once you confirm your presentation with us, you will receive the information listed below.  All items must be completed.  If you have not received an invitation, but would like to present, please fill out a short application online.

1. Register for the conference using the code number provided in the confirmation email. If you have already regisgtered, please contact Chad Wessel to get the presentation fee added on to your registration.

Your registration includes:

  • Access to BIO's One-on-One partnering system to schedule meetings with other conference participants
  • Attendance at all plenary and business panels, and company presentations
  • Admission to networking lunches and receptions

Early Registration Deadline:
December 13th, 2012

2.  Create and publish your profile within the BIO One-on-One Partnering System.

After completing registration, you will be issued login information within 2-3 business days, which you may use to access the system.
(The partnering system will open in late November.)

The BIO One-on-One partnering system allows you to publish your company profile on the conference e-publication and website, search the profiles of other attending companies, and schedule private meetings with other conference participants.

For Maximum Exposure, we suggest doing this as soon as possible

3.  Please provide the name, title, and email of the presenter for your company. 

January 15th, 2013

4. Tell us more about your company. In an effort to gain more exposure throughout our websites and conference materials, please provide the following information:
a. Therapeutic Focus
b. Company Twitter Handle
c. Company Description of 2-3 sentences
Please note this description will be published on our website.

Once confirmed as presenter, please send this info asap.

5.  Email your presentation to Chad Wessel in powerpoint format prior to the conference. 

Please note that we cannot support any type of video or movable gifs.  Additionally, please be mindful of the 25 minute presentation time when creating your slides.

Addtional Information

  • Specific time slots will be assigned in early January
  • Each company will have 25 minutes to present, although we recommend speaking for 20 minutes and reserving the remaining 5 for Q&A.
