1. Choose your Registration Package (SEE DETAILS BELOW) and email SBEHAN@BIO.ORG for your Registration Package Code. This year’s conference offers a new registration package that includes a corporate presentation, registration for your presenter, and two additional employees. Choose this option if you're bringing three individuals to the event. Interested in bringing more than three? Email us! B. Individual Presentation Package* This option allows you to pay for your registration and presentation fees separately. Choose this if you're bringing one-two individuals. |

2. Email Sondra at sbehan@bio.org with your selection and total number of employees attending. You will then receive your unique Registration Package code and link to begin registration. |

3. Create and publish your company profile within the BIO One-on-One Partnering System. The partnering system will be open in late November. If you have already registered, you will then be issued login information, which you may use to access the system. The BIO One-on-One partnering system allows you to publish your company profile on the website, search the profiles of other attending companies, and schedule private meetings with investors and conference participants. 7. Send your Company Literature/Investor Kits to BIO's headquarters. BIO can display marketing materials for presenting companies at the Waldorf=Astoria, allowing attendees to view and keep information about your company. However, if these materials are shipped directly to the hotel, we cannot guarantee their display. a. Please notify Sondra at sbehan@bio.org that you will be sending materials, and a shipping form will be provided. |

8. Submit your presentation to the Speaker Ready Room onsite. All presentations must be uploaded onsite via USB or flash drive, and cannot be sent electronically to BIO staff. Please also note that submitting your presentation for webcasting purposes is not a substitute for uploading your presentation onsite.
