1. Choose your Registration Package. (see options below)

A. Presenter Group Package*
Register three people, and this option discounts the fees up to 20%! Prices listed include the presentation fee, registration for your presenter, and two additional registrations (to be used within your company only). Companies who wish to present and bring additional attendees will save money with this option.

B. Individual Presentation Package*
This option breaks down the fees of each attendee and the cost of the presentation fee. (If you’re bringing 3 or more attendees, please choose the Presenter Group Package instead.)

2. Email SBEHAN@BIO.ORG with your selection.

If you’re not a BIO member and are interested in receiving member discounts to this event, in addition to other benefits, please visit bio.org/join for more information on how to join.

The BIO CEO & Investor Conference serves as an ideal event to make and break news to the media, providing numerous opportunities to communicate with the press and other members of the life sciences community. BIO provides a number of resources which will be helpful to you in your media campaign. If you’re interested in learning more, please email Abigail at ahirsch@bio.org.

6. Book your stay at The Waldorf.

A limited number of rooms are available at the Waldorf Astoria. Please make your reservations as soon as possible to secure your room at the discounted rate.

7.   Review the Presentation Details & Guidelines.

8. Create and publish your company profile within the BIO One-on-One Partnering System.

The One-on-One System will open in December. If you register before this time, you will automatically be sent login credentials when the system launches. Otherwise, you will be issued login information within 2 business days from the date of your registration.

The BIO One-on-One Partnering System allows you to publish your company profile on the website, search the profiles of other attending companies, and schedule private meetings with investors and conference participants.

9. Sign up for Webcasting.

Webcasting will be available to all interested companies for an additional fee. More information, including the order form and FAQ, will be available shortly.

10. Send your Investor Kits/Company Literature to BIO’s Headquarters.

BIO can display marketing materials, available only to presenting companies and sponsors, onsite at The Waldorf hotel. However, if these materials are shipped without notice to BIO staff, we cannot guarantee their display.

a. If you’re interested in sending materials, please notify Sondra at sbehan@bio.org, and a shipping form and due dates will be provided.

11. Submit your presentation onsite in the Speaker Ready Room.

We do not require that you submit your presentation to BIO for review. Instead, all presenters are required to submit their presentation onsite via flash/USB, in PowerPoint format, immediately after receiving their badge in Registration.

Additional Information:
• Specific timeslots will be assigned in January.
• Each company will have 25 minutes to present, although we recommend speaking for 20  minutes and reserving the remaining time for Q&A.
• Those interested in webcasting will be able to purchase a package at a later date.
