To ensure availability and discounted rate,  all hotel reservations must be received by Monday January 23rd, 2012.  Reservation requests received after this date will be accepted on a space and rate available basis, which may result in a higher nightly rate. All rates are per room, per night and subject to all state and local taxes in effect at the time of the meeting.  Current state and local taxes for this meeting are 14.75% with an additional $2.00 per room per night secondary tax and $1.50 per room per night tertiary tax.
 

Confirmations
Confirmation numbers are received at the time of booking, modification, and/or cancellation. If you did not receive an acknowledgment via e-mail (if booking via fax or internet) or at the conclusion of making the reservation (if booking via telephone) please contact the Waldorf=Astoria reservations office at 1-877-476-8792.
 

Reservation Modification/Cancellation Fees
The Waldorf=Astoria will enforce a forty-eight (48) hour cancellation policy.  Reservations secured by credit card may be made, modified, and/or cancelled without penalty up to 48 hours prior to arrival.
Reservations cancelled within 48 hours of arrival will incur a penalty of one night’s room and tax.
