BIO India is an international conference organized by BIO (the Biotechnology Industry Organization) and ABLE (Association of Biotechnology Led Enterprises).

About BIO

BIO represents more than 1,100 biotechnology companies, academic institutions, state biotechnology centers and related organizations across the United States and in more than 30 other nations.  BIO members are involved in the research and development of innovative healthcare, agricultural, industrial and environmental biotechnology technologies.  BIO also produces the annual BIO International Convention, the world's largest gathering of the biotechnology industry, along with industry-leading innovator and partnering meetings held around the world.

About ABLE

ABLE is a national forum that represents the India biotechnology sector. ABLE was launched by leaders in the biotech industry and has over 200 members from various verticals in the biotech sector. ABLE’s objectives are to promote entrepreneurship, investments and partnerships in the biotech sector, working with the government in their biotech initiatives and disseminating information on the biotech sector.
