Important Registration Deadlines:

August 22, 2012 - Early-Bird Registration and Refunds (less administrative fees)
September 5, 2012 - Substitution Request
September 6, 2012 - Online Registration Closes

Cancellation: Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing on or before August 22,2012, (5:00 pm EST and 5:00pm India Standard Time) to receive a refund.  A $195/ 3,000 Rs. administrative fee (per registrant) will be deducted from all cancellation refunds.  Approved refunds will be processed after the conference.  Cancellation requests received after August 22, 2012 will NOT be honored.  Email cancellation requests to swathi@violetworldwide.net for India registration or BD_Registration@bio.org for all other regions.  Registration fees are not transferable to any other conference.

Substitution: You may transfer your registration to another individual by sending your request to  BD_Registration@bio.org (US/Europe) or swathi@violetworldwide.net (India) no later than September 5, 2012.

Registration fee includes access to all sessions, breakfast, luncheons, receptions and partnering.  All attendees must be register and wearing their name badge onsite to participate in conference activities.  Registration may not be shared.

A government-issued photo ID (driver’s license or passport) is required at check-in.  Badges will not be issued without proper identification.

Your company must be a BIO Member in good standing on or before September 13, 2012 to receive the BIO Member Rate.

Presenting Companies are required to pay all fees prior to the start of the conference. Failure to pay your presentation fee, or to notify us of a cancellation, will result in suspension of your BIO One-on-One Partnering account.
