Airport Transfer

The Grand Hyatt Mumbai will happily organize car or coach service to the hotel at the following charges:

  • Car: Domestic Airport INR 1500 + taxes per car per way
  • Car: International Airport INR 2200 + taxes per car per way
  • Coach (35 people max) INR 6000 + taxes per coach per way

Arrival & Departure

  • Check-in at the hotel for all guests is 1400 hrs. Guests arriving prior to this time will be allocated rooms as soon as they become available. If you require an early check-in, we recommend that rooms are reserved and paid for the night before in order to guarantee early check-in.
  • Check-out at the hotel for all guests is 1200 hrs. Check-out post 1200 hrs is considered “late” and will be subject to a one night charge as applicable.

The following are general visa requirements for Business Travel to India:

  • Passport must be valid at least 6 more months from the planned arrival date and contain two blank visa pages
  • Tickets and Documentation for return travel must be submitted
  • A visa application fee applies in most cases
  • Sponsor Letter – Will be provided by Biotechnology Industry Organization (BIO). To obtain a letter, please complete this form. *Please note that your passport number and date of birth will be treated as confidential and is solely required for purpose of generating the Letter of Invitation for obtaining a visa for India
