New in 2013: Exhibitors can select their booth locations. Space is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Upon receipt of this form, BIO will issue an Exhibit Space Contract. Space can be reserved once the Exhibit Space Contract is signed.

Exhibit Packages

All exhibitor packages give you opportunity to showcase your organization before the conference and on-site, with listings on the conference website and on-site materials. Exhibit booth packages include a 7”x44” identification sign and 8’ draped backdrop with 3’ side railing.

Exhibitor Registration Types

Exhibit Personnel Registration: Includes access to exhibit area only during set-up, take down, and open hours. It does not include entrance to any breakout sessions, plenary events, receptions, or other portions of the conference occurring outside of the Exhibit Hall. All breaks, as well as the Poster Session and Monday and Tuesday morning Continental Breakfast, will be held in the Exhibit Hall.
 
Full Conference Registration: Includes entrance to any breakout sessions, plenary events, receptions, exhibit hall, and any other conference functions.
 
Exhibitor Registration Upgrade: This is a discounted full conference registration available for purchase by exhibiting companies. A total of two registration upgrades are available per paid exhibitor. Upgrade registration includes entrance to all conference functions.
 
Registration Upgrade Prices:
Early Bird Registration (before May 4, 2013): $295
Pre-Registration (May 4 - June 14): $395
On-Site Registration: $495
 
Additional Exhibit Booth Personal(EBP): Additional EBP registrations are available for $175.
