Reservation Procedure:
Please call The Charleston Place Hotel's reservations department at (800) 831-3490 to book your hotel accommodations. To receive the special group rate of $225.00, guests must call prior to Friday, October 12, 2012 and identify yourself as part of the BIO-IPCC Conference. Rates will not be changed at check-in for any guest that fails to identify their affiliation at the time of the reservation. Any reservations made after the room block fills or after October 12, 2012 (which every comes first) will be accepted on a space available basis at the current available rate. Please be sure to make your hotel accommodations at your earliest convenience, as we anticipate the hotel selling out.
