There are 3 different registration categories. Please read through this page thoroughly and contact us with any questions.
 
Category 1: Core Research & Development Companies
Corporations or other entities that use biotechnology or related technologies for research and development of products or information.
  On or Before October 3, 2012 After October 3, 2012
BIO Member $375 $475
BIO Member Additional Attendee $275 $375
Non-Member $775 $875
*To receive the Core Research & Development Companies registration rate, please contact Caroline Boch (cboch@bio.org).  The default rate in our registration system will be the Service Provider rate, described below.
 
Category 2: Service Providers
Corporations or other entities that provide services or products to companies. Service providers include investment and merchant bankers and representatives of law, accounting, consulting, real estate development, and economics development organizations.  Please note, there is a two person limit per Service Provider.

BIO Member $1,000 $1,100
Non- Member $1,500 $1,600
 After Thursday, April 5 we will no longer accept registrations from registrants in the service provider category.
 
Category 3: Academic & Government
Attendees employed by accredited government or academic institutions. Attendee must show proof through business card or ID on-site.

Registration Policy

Registration fee includes access to all sessions, breakfasts, luncheons, and receptions, unless otherwise noted on the program agenda. All attendees must be registered and wearing their name badges on-site to participate in conference activities. Registration may not be shared.
 
You may make changes to your record or transfer your registration to another individual by clicking on the URL provided in your confirmation email. These requests can be accommodated up until October 25, 2012.
 
A government-issued photo ID (driver's license or passport) is required at check-in. Badges will not be issued without proper identification.
 
Your company must be a BIO Member in good standing on or before November 12, 2012, to receive the BIO Member Rate.
 
Cancellation: We are unable to provide any refunds for cancellation. However, you may be permitted to transfer your registration to the following IP Counsels Committee Spring 2013 Conference if your transfer request is received prior to October 25, 2012.
