Taxi: Taxi trips from Orlando International Airport may range from $43-$70 for a one-way fare, depending on traffic. All taxicabs picking up at the Airport are regulated by the City of Orlando’s Vehicle-for-Hire ordinance which requires fares to be determined by a taximeter – Flat rate fees are not authorized. Taxis are available on both the A and B sides of the Main Terminal, on the Ground Transportation Level (Level 1), at Commercial Lane parking spaces: A5-A8 and A22-A25, B5-B8 and B30-B34

Shuttle: The Gaylord Palms partners with Mears Transportation to provide shuttle and other transportation services directly to the Gaylord Palms as part of their 24-hour service to and from the airport. Approximate one way/round trip fare for shared van ride shuttle service is $21/$34. Shuttle vans are available on both the A and B sides of the Main Terminal, on the Ground Transportation Level (Level 1), at Commercial Lane parking spaces: A9-A10 and A36-A37, B9-B10 and B40-B41

Hotel guests receive parking and in/out privileges during their stay. Parking garage fees for individuals not staying at the Gaylord Palms are $15/day for self parking (overnight/each exit) and $22/day valet (overnight/each exit) plus applicable tax, currently 7%.
