Since the 2009 BIO HR Conference precedes the International Convention, all hotel accommodations need to be secured through Wyndham Jade, BIO's Housing Partner.

Unlike previous years, accommodations cannot be secured by telephoning the hotel directly. Instead, accommodations can be secured by telephoning Wyndham Jade directly or printing the special HR Housing Form and returning to Wyndham Jade via fax, email or mail.

1. Fax: Print housing form, complete and return to Wyndham Jade: 972-349-7715.
2. Telephone: Wyndham Jade is available to secure your accommodations Monday-Friday, 8am-6:00pm (CST) as follows: 888.385-8044 (U.S./Canada) or 972-349-5895 (International).
3. E-Mail: bio@wyndhamjade.com Please be sure to put HR Conference in the subject line when requesting housing.
4. Mail: Print housing form, complete and return as follows:

Cut-Off Date: Friday, April 17, 2009. Please note that housing is secured on a first-come, first-serve and we cannot guarantee that discounted accommodations will be available after Friday, April 17th.

Cancellation Policy: A fourteen day cancellation policy is in effect. Any reservations cancelled less than fourteen days prior to arrival will result in loss of deposit. All cancellations must be communicated to Wyndham Jade in writing.
