Mr. O’Connor has been President of (S&T)² Consultants Inc. for the past ten years. He is a mechanical engineer with over thirty-five years of experience in alternative energy and environmental consulting, and in industry. Mr. O’Connor’s background includes over 15 years of manufacturing, marketing, and senior management experience with Western Canada’s largest independent fuel retailer. He has successfully developed and commercialized environmentally sound transportation energy alternatives.
Mr. O’Connor has recently provided strategic advice on fuels, transportation issues, and greenhouse gas emissions to a number of Provincial Governments, several Canadian Federal Government departments, and international agencies and governments. Mr. O’Connor has also provided strategic and tactical advice for a number of companies developing new technologies for both fossil and renewable energy production. He has led the development of the GHGenius lifecycle analysis model for energy systems for Natural Resources Canada.
