Fiji Article 15 - It should be noted from the previous National Report of the Country that no existing legislation addresses this issue per se.
Article 16 - Patent and copyright legislation have been enacted recently and are now enforced.
Article 19 - Limited resources to tackle thisparticular issue.

Finland Article 15 -No access legislation.Finland is co-operating and participating in the international negotiations on the revised IU/PGR.
Article 16 -No access legislation.
Article 19 -The safe application of genetic technology in Finland is controlled by the Gene Technology Act (377/1995) and the Gene Technology Decree (821/1995).The aim of this legislation is to prevent any damage to the environment or public health which might be caused by genetically modified organisms (GMOs, LMOs).The EU-directives areaccordingly adopted in Finland.
