WASHINGTON, D.C. (Thursday, April 14, 2011) - World-renowned author Daniel H. Pink will deliver the keynote address at the BIO Human Resources 2011 Conference on June 26-28 at the Renaissance Hotel in Washington, DC. Pink is the author of four books on the changing workplace. His latest book, titled, “DRIVE: The Surprising Truth about What Motivates Us,” compiles 50 years of behavioral science to overturn the conventional wisdom about human motivation and what truly drives human behavior.

“Motivation is key for all human resource professionals in the biotech industry to use to inspire employees to continue driving the industry forward,” said Jim Greenwood, president and CEO of BIO. “We are pleased that Daniel Pink will be sharing his expertise on this important topic for HR professionals."

The keynote session is sponsored by Culpepper and Associates, Inc.

The BIO Human Resources 2011 Conference will feature plenary and breakout sessions on priority issues affecting day-to-day operations in the HR field. HR professionals will learn how to attract, motivate and retain the most qualified employees for your company while keeping up with the realities of what today's biopharmaceutical companies demand.

The conference will feature three tracks:

  • The Changing Corporate Structure, Sponsored by: Radford, an Aon Hewitt Company
