Re: Senate Passage of Anti-Genetic Discrimination Legislation

The U.S. Senate has passed legislation with the aim of protecting people against the misuse of their genetic profile. BIO has long sought and supported such legislation.

Attached is a letter from BIO to Senators Gregg and Kennedy pledging BIO's commitment to work with them to move this legislation forward. If you have any further questions about how the public benefits from this legislation, please don't hesitate to call us at 202-962-9200.

Thank you.
