| WHAT: | In a presentation before Mayor Dick Murphy and the San Diego City Council, Ray Briscuso, executive director of the Biotechnology Industry Organization and Joe Panetta, president and CEO of BIOCOM/san diego will present a $25,000 check to San Diego Police Chief David Bejarano in honor of Officer Donna Mauzy. Mauzy was killed in an automobile accident on Saturday, June 23. The money will go to the Mauzy Trust Fund established in her honor. |
