Mr. MacLachlan has served as Lignol's CEO and Executive Chairman for the past three years and has enjoyed a successful track record of over 30 years in technology commercialization and business development. He is an executive with project financing and public company experience including work with emerging companies in the conventional and alternative energy sectors. He currently serves on the boards of BIOTECanada, Pristine Power Inc. and Swift Power Corp.
