Dr. Jarrell is the practice group leader of Choate’s Life Sciences Group and co-chair of the Intellectual Property Group. She represents companies and institutions at all stages of the life sciences business lifecycle, as well as those who invest in them. She has a unique and valuable perspective on the progression of intellectual property assets, which enables her to align a company’s or institution’s IP portfolio with its business objectives. She provides strategic assessment and management of global patent portfolios, opinions concerning patent validity and infringement, diligence support and analysis, and in inter-partes review proceedings.
