Michael Bunis, co-chair of Choate’s Intellectual Property Litigation Practice Group, helps biotech, pharmaceutical, other life sciences and technology clients to grow and protect their core competitive advantage, their intellectual property assets. With over 27 years of experience, he has tried cases before juries and judges throughout the United States. His success in advising clients on defending or enforcing intellectual property rights is largely attributable to the way he approaches every engagement – beginning with a clear understanding of how an eventual trial on the matter would play out and be won. Michael received his JD magna cum laude from the Boston University School of Law and his BA from the University of Vermont.
