Paul Golian is Vice President & Assistant Counsel, Intellectual Property at Bristol-Myers Squibb Company, having responsibility for the oncology therapeutic area. Paul and his team provide strategic counsel on all facets of patent law, including procurement, enforcement, freedom to operate, and IP provisions of agreements. Paul also chairs the Pharmaceutical & Biotechnology Issues Committee of IPO. Paul is based in Princeton, New Jersey.
