The 2023 BIO Impact Ag & Environment Conference will be held in-person in Raleigh, NC.
For most countries, the national trade promotion agency is the primary organizer of the delegation. In some cases, the agency works with other relevant government ministries as well as members of the private sector to organize funding and logistics. Should you decide to organize an official presence, BIO is ready to help deliver a valuable, customized delegation package to meet your specific needs and objectives. No, the BIO Impact Ag & Environment Conference is a business and educational conference that does not host guests’ social events. If you wish to bring a guest to the event, they must register at the individual rate. We do not have lower or special guest rates.
Yes, there is a discounted student rate. You must email customercare@bio.org to request a student discount code and provide your academic ID to qualify for the student discounted rate.
If you are an exhibitor working in your booth, your main contact will register you or provide you with registration instructions. You should ask the local person managing your booth how they are handling the process.
All Speakers and Moderators are required to register for the 2023 BIO Impact Ag & Environment Conference. Speakers will receive a registration code from the BIO team after they are confirmed.
Yes, there is a discounted government/academic rate. You may select that you are part of an academic, non-profit, or government organization on your registration “Profile” page.
You can add up to 9 registrants to the same booking. However, each person’s registration must be handled individually because of the unique answers to specific demographic questions. BIO does not provide group invoices.
No, BIO does not offer group discounts for the BIO Impact Ag & Environment Conference.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing on or before August 17, 2023, (5:00 pm Eastern Time) to receive a refund. A $600 administrative fee will be deducted from all cancellation refunds. Approved refunds will be processed after the conference.
Cancellation requests received after August 17, 2023 will NOT be honored. Email cancellation requests to customercare@bio.org.
Substitution requests must be emailed to customercare@bio.org by Thursday, August 31st, 2023, and instructions will be sent to the new participant so they may complete their registration.
Corrections to your name or title, etc., should be emailed to customercare@bio.org; please allow up to 4 business days for a new confirmation to be sent.
Yes, BIO members receive reduced rates at all BIO events. To learn more about member benefits and to join, please click here.
When registering, you can only pay by credit card (MasterCard, Visa, American Express). Wire transfers will be accepted upon request.
You should contact the BIO Customer Care team at customercare@bio.org. After verification from the BIO Membership department, the proper adjustment will be made to your record, and a credit card refund will be issued.

You can expect a confirmation email from the BIO Partnering Team with your login information when the system opens in mid-August 2023. If you have registered after August 2023, please allow 1-2 US business days to receive your login information.
Because your login credentials will be sent to you by noreply.partnering@bio.org, please add this address to your safe senders list.
Access to the BIO One-on-One Partnering™ is included in most registration categories for this event. There is no add-on option.
