New York City Vaccination Requirements for All Attendees

As of November 2021

The executive order issued by the mayor regarding vaccination requirements in New York City states that all customers, employees, and vendors are required to be vaccinated for all indoor dining at restaurants, bars, catering/event facilities, and any other indoor sit-down dining options. The executive order also applies to all fitness centers and entertainment venues, such as nightclubs. This requirement went into effect on August 16, 2021.

Additionally, proof of vaccination (with a valid form of identification) means proof of receipt of at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine authorized for emergency use or licensed for use by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration or authorized for emergency use by the World Health Organization. Such proof may be established by:

  • A CDC COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card or an official immunization record from the jurisdiction, state, or country where the vaccine was administered or a digital or physical photo of such a card or record, reflecting the person’s name, vaccine brand, and date administered; or
  • A New York City COVID Safe Pass (available to download on Apple and Android smartphone devices)
  • A New York State Excelsior Pass
  • Official Vaccine Record.

BIO Vaccination Requirements for All Attendees

All attendees (domestic and international), as well as staff, will need to provide proof of their full vaccination to gain access to the CEO & Investor Conference.
A person is considered fully vaccinated:

  • Two (2) weeks (14 days) after their second dose in a two-dose series, such as the Pfizer or Moderna vaccines, or
  • Two (2) weeks (14 days) after a single-dose vaccine, such as Johnson & Johnson’s Janssen vaccine.
