Matt Bradley, PhD

Dr. Bradley has held key positions in the pharmaceutical industry for 28 years and has extensive expertise in drug discovery and strategic drug development with a focus on target selection, proof of concept, preclinical pharmacology/toxicology, and IND/Phase I/II in numerous therapeutic areas. He has been the founder or co-founder of five previous biopharmaceutical companies, where he was responsible for numerous drugs discovered and developed through regulatory submissions. He worked for 12 years at Merck, where he was Director of Safety Assessment and Biological Research. He was a Senior Staff Fellow at the NCI where he worked on cancer biology. He has a B.A. in Biology from The University of Pennsylvania and a Ph.D. in Biological Sciences from Stanford, and was a Leukemia Society Postdoctoral Fellow at Stanford with Robert Schimke, where he studied molecular and cellular biology. Dr. Bradley has authored patents, 70 peer-reviewed scientific publications, book chapters, & reviews.
