The Jefferson Institute for Bioprocessing (JIB) is a specialized training and education institute for single-use-reactor bioprocessing technology. JIB is partnering with NIBRT in Dublin to provide real-world, industrial-scale, hands-on training of industry professionals, education of new bioprocessing engineers, and workforce development for the bioprocessing industry. Tour attendees will get to experience Jefferson’s new mock-GMP facility that simulates an industrial single-use bioprocessing facility for the purpose of educating bioprocessing professionals who are prepared to enter the manufacturing workforce and training existing bioprocessing professionals in state-of-the-art technologies.
