Looking at November - The Future of Drug Pricing Legislation

The panel discussion will look at prospects for drug-pricing reforms during the remainder of this current Congress, including the stalled Build Back Better Agenda.  Then the panel will look at the elections in November, likely outcomes, and what lies ahead for the legislative and regulatory agenda if the Republican Party takes the Majority in the House and/or Senate and the Democratic Administration needs to work with the new Majority or push ahead with reforms on their own.
