Leigh Ann Bruhn

Leigh Ann Bruhn brings more than 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry and healthcare consulting. At Syneos Health, Leigh Ann helps clients develop communication strategies to address complex business challenges around value, access and innovation.

Leigh Ann came to Syneos Health from Avalere Health, a Washington DC-based top-tier healthcare consultancy. At Avalere, she advised over 50 life science companies on market access, reimbursement, product commercialization and value strategy. She also led life science business development efforts, oversaw the creation of the firm’s account manager role, and developed a value-based contracting offering leveraging proprietary real-world data and technology platforms from Avalere’s parent company, Inovalon.

Prior to Avalere, Leigh Ann held various roles over ten years in the pharmaceutical industry. In recent years, Leigh Ann has been a corporate member of AMCP, committee member of NASP (National Association of Specialty Pharmacy) and served on the Duke Health Care Alumni Advisory Board.
