Cody is a Principal in ZS’ New York office, focused on early-stage commercial development, business development / M&A, and franchise growth strategy. He has over 13 years of experience in healthcare and life sciences consulting across a range of strategy issues, including early-stage opportunity assessment, business development and licensing, asset forecasting and valuation, and commercial organization design. His recent engagements range from organization design and launch planning for an emerging neurology biopharma to a multi-billion dollar diligence on an oncology acquisition. Cody has assisted organizations ranging from Fortune 500 biopharma to digital-health focused venture funds.
