Jittrakul has spent time for her professional roles more than 10 years specifically in the areas of market access, health economics, outcomes research, and health policy, ranging from working in public sector as health policy researcher, academia, and pharmaceutical industries. These includes both country and regional roles.

Her recent roles include Head of market access in Janssen Asia Pacific and the global market access and policy lead for Cardiovascular and retinal gene therapy franchise in Janssen where she led the market access, pricing, evidence generation and innovative access solution team.

Currently, she is leading the Market Access and Analytics team in Global Public Health. This team includes multiple capabilities: market access, access policy, external healthcare financing strategy, strategic reporting & intelligence, forecasting, and access analytics.
