Patrice McNicoll

Patrice McNicoll is currently the Co-Head of Investment Banking at B. Riley Securities, Inc. Prior to joining B. Riley, McNicoll created and served as Chief Executive Officer of MLV & Co., a boutique investment bank which he sold to FBR in 2015. McNicoll was a managing director at Cantor Fitzgerald & Co, in New York where he played a key role in originating revenues and building the firm's investment banking practice. McNicoll structured and executed various capital market transactions for small and large Real Estate Investment Trusts and companies in the energy, technology, biotechnology, and shipping sectors. Earlier in his career, McNicoll served as a vice president in the investment banking department of ABN AMRO and other firms including The Merchant Bank of Credit Agricole Indosuez, and Bell Canada in Montreal, Canada. McNicoll received a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in Economics from York University, in Toronto, Canada and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in finance from McGill University, Montreal, Canada.
