Sarah Kilpatrick, MBA

Sarah Kilpatrick is the Business Development Group Lead for Pfizer Vaccines and Internal Medicine. She is responsible for business development strategy, evaluation, and execution for in-licensing, out-licensing, M&A, and partnership transactions for a portfolio representing >$50B in global sales. Sarah’s tenure at Pfizer includes previous roles in Strategy, Integration Management, Corporate Development, and Executive Operations. Prior to joining Pfizer, she was a management consultant with The Mitchell Madison Group. She holds a BS from the California Institute of Technology and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
