Daniel Folk is the Assistant Director of Career Services at BioKansas and leads the planning, design, and delivery of digital and in-person career-related workshops and professional development programming. He has over seven years of career development experience working directly with high school, undergraduate, and graduate students, postdocs, and professionals. He has developed and delivered programming for individuals and organizations covering professional and career development, networking, team building, mentorships strategies, and hosted employer recruitment events all through a lens of equity and inclusion. Daniel has worked in both career counseling and employer relations allowing him to connect the dots between student and employer needs. He is particularly interested in the world of work and the social structures in place for how individuals navigate it.
