Ryan Fukushima, MBA

Ryan Fukushima currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at Tempus. As Tempus' first employee, Mr. Fukushima shaped Tempus into one of the fastest growing companies in the precision medicine industry. Mr. Fukushima leads all operating units at Tempus with a focus on building products that leverage multi-modal datasets and AI to improve patient care. Prior to Tempus, Mr. Fukushima was an Entrepreneur-in-Residence and venture capitalist at Lightbank, focusing on enterprise software companies. Mr. Fukushima has received a bachelor’s degree in Engineering from California Polytechnic University and holds an MBA from the Ross School of Business at University of Michigan, where he was a Zell Scholar.
