Beth Webb is a tireless and passionate advocate for the advancement of cell and gene therapies. She is motivated by the promise of the technology to create a major paradigm shift in how chronic and genetic diseases are treated.
An accomplished biotechnology executive with deep scientific knowledge and business acumen, Beth has more than 30 years of experience in various sales, digital and product management roles. As the cell and gene therapy industry continues to mature and rapidly transform global healthcare, Beth’s experience and leadership are critical to ensuring the long-term success of the business.
Currently, Beth is the Chief Commercial Officer at Aldevron, where she is creating a global team of marketing and sales experts that will help reach more clients to expedite their research through innovative technologies, creating first of their kind collaborative partnerships to enable new discoveries and working closely with clients to help bring their treatments to the world.
Prior to her current role, Beth led the Cell and Gene Therapy global sales team at Cytiva (formerly GE Healthcare Life Sciences), developed and led the first-ever customer experience program at GE Healthcare and was the Chief Global Product Manager at GE Digital, a role where she partnered with start-ups to test new digital solutions.
Given her deep expertise and experience in the biotechnology, healthcare and digital industries, Beth is often asked to share her insights on the convergence of the two industries at healthcare and industry events.
Beth earned her Bachelor of Science and Associate degrees in Biology and Business respectfully from Indiana University Bloomington.
