Hannah Bracken

Hannah Bracken is a Policy Advisor on the Privacy Shield team (U.S. Department of Commerce – International Trade Administration) focused on data flows with Europe. Hannah previously worked on digital policy at the U.S. Mission to the European Union in Brussels and before that was part of the digital economy team at Cullen International, a regulatory consulting firm in Brussels that has government and industry clients in Europe and abroad. Before moving to Brussels, Hannah received her Master’s in law from Sciences Po in Paris and worked as a trainee lawyer in Paris for a year. During her legal studies, Hannah specialized in EU law and French intellectual property law. Hannah obtained her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Chicago.
