1. Choose your Registration Package. (see options below)

A. Group Package*
Register three people, and this option discounts the fees up to 20%! Price includes the registration for your presenter, and two additional registrations (to be used within your company only). Companies who wish to present and bring additional attendees will save money with this option.

B. Individual Presentation Package*
This option breaks down the fees of each attendee and the cost of the presentation fee. (If you’re bringing 3 or more attendees, please choose the Group Package instead.)

6. Book your stay at The Waldorf.

A limited number of rooms are available at the Waldorf Astoria. Please make your reservations as soon as possible to secure your room at the discounted rate.

8. Once registered, be on the lookout for One-on-One Partnering Credentials!

Then create and publish your company profile.

The One-on-One Partnering System will open in early December. Attendees who are already registered will automatically receive their login credentials once the system opens. Otherwise, you can expect login details within 2 business days from the date of your registration.

It is important to publish your Profile as soon as you have access to the System, as this allows companies to search for you and request meetings.

9. Webcasting at the BIO CEO & Investor Conference.

Webcasting is available to all interested companies for an additional fee. If you are interested in webcasting your company presentation from the conference, please find more information here.

10. Send your Investor Kits/Company Literature to BIO’s Headquarters.

BIO can display marketing materials, available only to presenting companies and sponsors, onsite at The Waldorf hotel. However, if these materials are shipped without notice to BIO staff, we cannot guarantee their display.

a. If you’re interested in sending materials, please notify Brian at, and a shipping form and due dates will be provided.

11. Submit your presentation onsite in the Speaker Ready Room.

We do not require that you submit your presentation to BIO for review. Instead, all presenters are required to submit their presentation onsite via flash/USB, in PowerPoint format, immediately after receiving their badge in Registration. It can then be reviewed with the AV tech and webcasting team, if applicable.

Additional Information:
• Specific timeslots will be assigned in January.
Public companies will have 25 minutes to present, although we recommend speaking for 20 minutes and reserving the remaining time for Q&A.
Private companies will have 13 minutes to present, although we recommend speaking for 10 minutes and reserving the remaining time for Q&A.
• Those interested in webcasting will be able to purchase a package at a later date.
