BIO Submits Comments on EPA’s Proposed Denial of Petitions for Rulemaking to Change the RFS Point of Obligation

In BIO’s view, granting the petitions to change the point of obligation would create unnecessary regulatory uncertainty and fail to further the statutory goals of the Renewable Fuel Standard (“RFS”) program.
