BIO is committed to creating a safe event for all attendees at the 2022 BIO International Convention. With BIO, you can expect that we will follow local and state guidelines, CDC recommendations, and more as it concerns COVID-19 safety. With communication plans in place, all attendees will be notified of attendance requirements and changes as the event approaches. For continual updates on BIO’s Health and Safety Protocols, please check this page regularly.

If you are exhibiting cold or flu-like symptoms, have knowingly been exposed to COVID-19, or have received a positive COVID-19 test within 14 days of the start of the event, please stay home and do not attend the 2022 BIO International Convention.

BIO is committed to your safety. Here is what you can expect:

Vaccination Requirements:

All domestic and international attendees, exhibitors, and staff must be up to date on COVID-19 vaccinations and will need to provide proof of vaccination status to gain access to the BIO International Convention. Individuals who do not meet these requirements will be unable to attend the event.

BIO will provide multiple options to show proof of vaccination status.

Please note that additional protocols may be implemented for some individual activities or events. BIO will provide specific details as they become available.

Badge Pickup Process:

Prior to picking up a registration badge, BIO will verify registrants’ vaccination status, photo ID, and health screening questions. Once screened, registrants will be able to pick up their badges at the registration desk or self-serve kiosk.
