WASHINGTON, D.C. (Monday, March 21, 2011) - Industry analysts are projecting double digit growth in the biobased product sector, and an overwhelming majority of company executives are optimistic about company and industry growth potential, according to recent research. Biofuel and biobased product company executives, scientists and government officials from North America, Europe and Asia will speak in breakout sessions at BIO’s 8th annual World Congress on Industrial Biotechnology and Bioprocessing. These sessions, separate from the breakout tracks, are designed to spur investment in companies seeking to raise money.
The world’s largest industrial biotechnology conference for business leaders, investors, academics and policymakers in biofuels, biobased products, renewable chemicals, synthetic biology, food ingredients and biomass returns to Toronto, May 8-11 at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre.
