JPM Week describes the week in January that brings the biotechnology and investment industry together for deal-making and networking meetings surrounding the annual J.P. Morgan Healthcare Conference in San Francisco.
As a service to our industry, BIO offers the use of the BIO One-on-One Partnering™ system to allow people to seamlessly arrange virtual or in-person meetings during JPM Week (January 9-13, 2023). Our system is available to any qualified company that registers, regardless of whether you are attending any specific event during JPM week.
Please note BIO and the BIO One-on-One Partnering system are not affiliated with J.P. Morgan, the J.P. Morgan Healthcare Conference, or any other concurrent conference during JPM Week in San Francisco.
BIO One-on-One Partnering @ JPM is the BIO One-on-One Partnering system with enhanced features that allow you to arrange partnering meetings in-person or virtually during JPM week. With hybrid partnering, you can self-schedule meetings during 5 full days of partnering from January 9-13, 2023, view your partnering calendar in your own time zone, and schedule your own in-person or virtual partnering meetings.
The BIO One-On-One Partnering™ system makes connections on a company-to-company basis. Delegates’ accounts will be placed under a company profile along with their colleagues as they register. After selecting their attendance type and filling out their profiles and their calendar availability, delegates send meeting requests to other companies of interest and accept incoming meeting requests as appropriate. Delegates then schedule their accepted meetings for mutually available times and locations.
Access to BIO One-on-One Partnering™ for JPM Week is available to qualified registrants from the following company types: Biotechnology or Pharmaceutical R&D, Government/Economic Development, Medical Device or Technology, Digital Therapeutics, Academic/Tech Transfer/University, Diagnostic, Investors, Hospital or Public Institute, and Patient Advocacy. All applications are subject to review by BIO. View the Registration Categories.
You can expect to find senior biotech executives, and business development leaders from leading companies, and analysts and investors from premier firms participating in partnering in-person in San Francisco or attending virtually from around the globe during JPM Week.
Registration is required for access to BIO One-on-One Partnering @ JPM and you can do so here. The BIO One-on-One Partnering™ system will open in early November. The BIO One-on-One Partnering™ system for JPM Week 2023 will open in early November. Please allow 1 business day following your completed registration to receive partnering access instructions. Each company profile is allowed 150 outstanding outgoing meeting requests. Once an outgoing meeting request is accepted, declined, or canceled, it no longer counts against that limit and you can send an additional meeting request.
Once a meeting request has been accepted, participants from either company can schedule the meeting - click the “Schedule” button on the meeting request in your Message Center. On the meeting request and on the scheduling page, delegates can see the attendance types of the meeting participants to help them choose either an in-person meeting location or a virtual meeting link, or both.
