BIO One-on-One Partnering

How does partnering at the 2024 BIO CEO & Investor Conference work?

The BIO One-on-One Partnering™ system makes connections on a company-to-company basis. Delegates’ accounts will be placed under a company profile along with their colleagues as they register for the conference. After filling out their company and delegate profiles and setting their calendar availability for meetings, delegates search for and send meeting requests to other companies of interest and accept incoming meeting requests as appropriate.

How do I access the Partnering system and my account?

Your login credentials will come from biopartnering@bio.org within 1-2 business days of a completed registration that includes partnering access—please add this address to your safe senders' list.

Login here: www.partnering.bio.org/ceo2024

For security purposes, a delegate's email address must correlate to his or her identity and registered company in order to access the system. This means that the email you register with must match your name as well as your company. To further ensure security, the following Internet browsers are supported: Google Chrome (v. 42.0 and above), Internet Explorer (v. 11.0 and above), Mozilla Firefox (v. 37.0 and above), and Safari for Mac (v. 8.0 and above).

Where are partnering meetings held at the 2024 BIO CEO & Investor Conference?

Partnering meetings are in-person on Monday, February 26 and Tuesday, February 27 at the New York Marriott Marquis during conference hours. We will not have virtual Partnering meetings.

When will meeting scheduling begin?/How do I schedule my meetings?

Accepted meetings will be scheduled by BIO starting in early February and scheduling will continue in rounds up through the end of the conference to accommodate as many meetings as possible. Once scheduling begins, meetings will appear on the participants’ calendars with a date, time, and specific meeting location within the event venue.

Where can I find a list of participating investors and potential partners?

You will be able to search for participating companies and investors starting in December.

Registered attendees can also use the Search function within the Partnering system to research the profiles of potential partners and sort by investor type, therapeutic area of interest, and other categories.

How many meeting requests can I send?

Each company profile is allowed 150 outstanding outgoing meeting requests. Once a meeting request is accepted, declined, or canceled, it no longer counts against that limit. There is no limit on the total number of requests a company can send, only a limit on how many can be outstanding at any one time.

How long will I be able to access the BIO One-on-One Partnering system once the conference ends?

The partnering system will be open for one year following the end of the event. You will be able to send follow-up messages to companies with whom you’ve met or had previous correspondence via the partnering system. You will not be able to send any new meeting requests after partnering hours end on February 27, 2024.
