BIO offers several registration classifications to beyond the traditional biopharma rate: the “Discovery Track” for "pre-emerging" biotech and related companies, qualifying as seed and A-round companies that have raised since founding less than $9M total through date of attendee registration and the “Emerging Innovators Track” for biotech and related companies that have cumulatively raised at least $9M, but less than $25M total through date of attendee registration. Yes, the two-day event includes therapeutic and business-focused panel discussions that will cover timely topics such as advances in gene, liver, and cardiovascular disease therapies, developing an inclusive workforce, the global economy (policy and market outlooks) as well as Fireside Chats with biopharma leaders. BIO will once again offer its Negotiations and Executive Decision Making workshop on February 12, immediately following the conference, separate registration is required.

Company Presentations at the BIO CEO & Investor Conference are corporate pitch slide presentations given by senior-level executives. They showcase a company's pipeline, R&D activities, business objectives and investment goals. Presentations are 13 minutes long.
Companies and organizations present at the BIO CEO & Investor Conference to get in front of an exclusive audience of public and private equity investors, plus other biotech executives. Presenters also receive exclusive benefits not available to general attendees, including pre-conference marketing (such as email newsletters, press releases, etc.), designation in the One-on-One Partnering™ System, and the opportunity to participate in exclusive content on the BIOtechNow blog. Companies interested in webcasting will also have the option to purchase a package for an additional fee, which will be available to view on BIO's CEO & Investor Conference website and widens a presentation's reach.
The BIO CEO & Investor Conference will feature presentations primarily by public companies, as well as a track of established private companies (Series B companies that have raised >$25M to date). Those interested in presenting must have a clear R&D focus, with a pipeline involving biotechnology therapeutics, diagnostics, or platform technologies. This can include patient advocacy groups. Service providers will not be considered, but should email our Sponsorship Team to discuss alternative ways to highlight your initiatives with a dedicated team member.
All companies and organizations who are interested in presenting are encouraged to submit an application. Your application will be reviewed, and you will be notified shortly on its status. Should your application be accepted, registration and logistical details will be provided.
There is no deadline to submit applications. However, once presentation spots are sold out, applications will be wait listed, and companies will be notified if/when a presentation slot becomes available.
Presenters must purchase a registration pass in order to obtain access to the sessions, One-on-One Partnering System, lunches, and networking events. In general, the more people from a company who attend the event, the greater the discount on the registration fees.

Presentations are 13 minutes in length, and are noted as such in the conference program and materials. All Q&A from the audience, should a company want to take questions, are included in the 13 minutes.
No, presenters do not have follow-up sessions after a presentation has concluded. Instead, we advise that interested parties visit the onsite BIO One-on-One Partnering desk to schedule a private meeting, or utilize the common areas in the hotel.
The BIO CEO & Investor Conference is targeted toward public companies. However, a limited number of established private companies are encouraged to present. Established private companies are defined as having passed their Series B financing round and having raised >$25M. For emerging private companies, who have raised <$25M, we recommend considering a presentation at the BIO Investor Forum. This conference features a special pricing structure for "Discovery Companies," which is specifically focused on companies in Seed- or Series-A financing rounds that have raised less than $25M. All registered attendees and investors have full access to the company presentations at this event. For companies that purchase webcasting, links will be made available on the BIO CEO & Investor Conference site. Please note, there are no day passes or special exceptions made for individuals or companies looking to attend a particular company's presentation.
