Scott Frotman is Vice President, Communications for BIO. The best part of his job is getting to tell the story of exciting emerging biotechnology companies that are transforming our economy and our society. Prior to joining BIO, Scott was the senior speechwriter at the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) and the Export-Import Bank of the United States. Scott also served as communications director for Congressman Luis V. Gutierrez and held communications positions at Deloitte & Touche, Tribune Company and the United Food and Commercial Workers International Union.
