Theresa Brady, BIO’s Director of Communications for Events, directs the media and communications activities for BIO events including the BIO International Convention, the Investor Forum and the CEO and Investor Conference. Theresa enjoys sharing information about these events as they have become the go-to meetings for communicating about innovations and advancements in the biotech industry, whether they be new discoveries with potential to cure diseases or groundbreaking tools to provide improved food or fuel to the world.
An experienced communications and public relations professional with an MBA in marketing, Theresa is skilled in strategic planning, campaign design and implementation, cross-functional team building and special events planning and management. Just prior to joining BIO in March 2016, Theresa worked at the public relations firm, Reingold, providing full-time communications support to the U.S. Department of Defense’s Medical Countermeasure Systems (MCS). She has worked with the biotech industry for over 10 years.
