Lydia Mann Kline, MPH, MS

Lydia Kline, MPH, MS is the Team Lead for Clinical Research Policy in the Office of Science Policy (OSP) at the National Institutes of Health (NIH). Ms. Kline oversees a portfolio that includes regulatory and policy issues related to research involving human subjects and bioethics. She advises the OSP and NIH Directors on the importance and impact of international regulations for NIH research, including the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR), identifying and addressing challenges for collaborative research. She has additional experience in public health capacity building, humanitarian emergencies, and health and human rights.
