Tracey is an experienced patient services leader with a demonstrated history of working in the biotechnology industry. She brings strong business development professional skills in Oncology, Biotechnology, Management, Endocrinology, and Managed Care. Currently the head of US Patient Support Services for Sanofi, Tracey came to the pharma in 2019 from Alkermes, where she held increasing roles of responsibility, including senior vice president of Patient Access Services. Prior to Alkermes, Tracey provided patient support services and strategy at EMD Serono and Dyax. In her various roles, Tracey has been responsible for the identification and execution of strategy to ensure patients have access to therapies as prescribed by their health care providers. Her work includes assessing internal and external resources to provide guidance in the areas of hub support, copay assistance, free drug programs for eligible patients, clinical education, and reimbursement support. Tracey has a Masters of Science, Jurisprudence from Seton Hall University School of Law and a BA from Curry College in Communications.
