Kyla Frye serves as Director of Science + Technology Ecosystems for Concept Companies, a top developer of life science facilities and science + technology ecosystems. Her role includes serving as the National Director of Momentum Labs. Momentum Labs develops and operates science + technology innovation hubs that provide growing companies with purpose-built space, business resources, concierge-level services, and access to capital needed to advance their life-changing technologies forward.
Kyla has been in the entrepreneur support industry for over a decade, previously serving as Executive Director of an innovation hub in Texas. She led and managed the expansion of a regional incubation program. She also co-founded and launched an accelerator program and coworking space. Kyla is also CEO of her own coaching and consulting business, focused on female entrepreneur growth and startup founder success.
She is a graduate of West Texas A&M University earning a B.S. in Mass Communications in 2012 and her M.B.A. in 2018. Kyla is an ACC Certified Coach through ICF, GrowthWheel certified trainer, Wendy Kennedy certified coach, a certified InBIA Incubator Manager, and a licensed Coaching Clinic facilitator.
Kyla serves on the Morrow Hubs advisory board (formerly GAN), is a mentor for the University of Florida Innovation Hub, SXSW Pitch Advisory Board member, Alachua Chamber of Commerce Board Member, Gainesville Chamber Economic Development Committee Member, former InBIA Board Member, former ICBI Co-Chair, FBIA Member, and Committee Member for BioFlorida. She was previously named a Top 20 under 40 recipient by the Amarillo Chamber of Commerce and received a Women of Leadership Award from the Amarillo Business Women.
