Dismantling Disparities in Healthcare through Partnerships and Policy

1:45 PM - 2:45 PM (EDT), Tuesday, June 6, 2023 ・ Session Room 254A
Inequities exist at every phase of the U.S. healthcare system — from clinical research to diagnosis, to access to timely treatment. Constructing a more equitable healthcare landscape starts with a vision of an integrated healthcare journey: from meaningful investments in the communities in which we live and work, to the design of clinical studies, to access to care, to prioritizing policy. Panelists will discuss how innovative partnerships and public policy can support advancing the design of a more equitable healthcare system for all Americans, and the bold actions that their organizations are taking to dismantle existing healthcare disparities.
