Manijeh Goldberg, PhD

I am the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Privo Technologies Inc. (MIT spin off). I have managed several medical product developments in large and small companies. I have led global development teams and have successfully commercialized several medical products. As an executive in several startup companies, I have led cross-functional teams and was instrumental in raising investment funding. Some of my product development projects involve companies including Siemens Medical, Hewlett Packard Medical, Boston Children’s Hospital, Medical Services Company, Boston Scientific and Hemedex. One of my past startup companies sold for over $275M. I had the honor of winning the Tibbets award at the White House in 2017 for our Innovative Research. I have a PhD in Biomedical Engineering and a Master’s degree in Health Sciences and Technology from Harvard/MIT Biomedical Enterprise Program, specializing in pharmaceutical drug delivery. I have also received my graduate degree in Mathematics/Computer Science and have an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management. I am a member of MIT and Harvard clubs, was elected as the “MIT Graduate Woman of Excellence.”, Engineering Honor Society and MIT entrepreneurship club. I am also a member of Women in BIO professional organization.
