Richard Godfrey

Richard Godfrey is a senior industry advisor with 30 years international experience in the Pharmaceutical, Biotech, CDMO sectors. Mr Godfrey is a seasoned executive comfortable with the dynamics of start-up companies to the strains of rapid growth SMEs, Public Companies and turn-around / M&A strategy execution. His experience includes a broad range of business disciplines including strategy, VC financing, IPO, public markets, IR, BD&L, outsourcing, R&D and clinical operations, commercialisation, sales and marketing. Previous executive roles include CEO BerGenBio ASA (pub), CEO Aenova Inc.(priv), Partner Sarsia Development VC, and Managing Director DCC Healthcare Ltd (pub). He has led and helped conclude a multitude of financings (private and public), licensing, exits and M&A transactions. Today his main focus is senior representation in business and corporate development activities. Mr Godfrey is a UK licensed Pharmacist from University of Liverpool and MBA from Bath University.
